At Eclipse Studios, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we'll return or exchange your order as long as it's requested within 30 days of receiving the item(s).
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we'll provide you with the further instructions.
Once your return is accepted, you'll receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All returned items must be in their original condition, unused and undamaged. Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 1-5 business days.
If you're requesting an exchange, we'll send out the replacement item as soon as we receive the original item from you.
