Returns and Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address specified by our team upon request at the customer's expense.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Using Personal Information
We use your personal Information to provide our services to you, which includes: offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping and fulfilment of your order, and keeping you up to date on new products, services, and offers.

We DO NOT engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect using customer data.
Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.
Services that include elements of automated decision-making include:
- Temporary blacklist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This blacklist persists for a small number of hours.
- Temporary blacklist of credit cards associated with blacklisted IP addresses. This blacklist persists for a small number of days.
If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to access the Personal Information we hold about you, to port it to a new service, and to ask that your Personal Information be corrected, updated, or erased. At the moment we only offer standard shipping options for all orders. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will vary depending on the shipping destination and the weight of the package.

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days after they are placed. However, during busy periods, order processing time may be slightly longer.
3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once an order is processed, we will send a shipping confirmation email to our customers, which will include a tracking number. Customers can use this tracking number to monitor the status of their shipment.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Our inability to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses is our only current shipping restriction to ensure safe and reliable arrival of your package.
5. Shipping Delays and Lost Packages
While we strive to provide timely and reliable shipping services, delays and lost packages can occur. If a package is delayed or lost, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that our customer receives their order as soon as possible.
6. Shipping Returns and Refunds
In the unfortunate case of a return or refund, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 2-5 business days.
